Relationship therapy for those ready to break the cycle of toxic patterns, set boundaries that stick, and attract the safety you deserve
In-person in St Louis Park; virtually across Minnesota
You’re feeling drained, shrinking to keep the peace, questioning if you’re the problem, and stuck in patterns you swore you’d never repeat… again.
After putting in the work?
You’re owning what you need, showing up in ways you’re proud of—and letting your relationships rise to meet you.
With a personalized mix of art therapy, CBT, narrative work, and somatic tools, I’ll help you reconnect with your truth, rebuild trust in yourself, and finally feel at home in your life.
Plus, when you work with us, you’re helping us fulfill our mission of supporting children and adults in our community through free counseling and resources.
I’ve had the honor of walking alongside 100s of clients in over 15 years—helping them untangle painful patterns, reconnect with themselves, and build the relationships and lives they want.
