“Working with Abigail has been a truly transformative experience.

-Privately disclosed

I love singing loudly alone in the car.

I played D3 basketball for a while in college (I still play, even though I'm over 40!)

I have 3 kids and am a single mom.

I was born and raised in MN - love the lakes, cabins, waterskiing, the Fall, apple picking, skiing & sledding.

I adore dark chocolate and eating healthy food… AND jalapeño potato chips and Haribo Twin Snakes.

I love tent camping, bonfires, and sleeping outside with my kiddos.

I grew up going to Christian summer camp and think summer camp is a must for everyone - adult or child - at least once in their life!

I have always struggled to get through novels for enjoyment, yet recently learned I really like reading series out loud to my son.

I lived overseas in Europe and Africa, and I don't speak another language (languages are NOT my thing! I took sign language in high school for a reason!)

I grew up golfing and have recently started playing again, and love it!

I’m here to help you sort through what’s been keeping you stuck, with a grounded approach rooted in faith, honesty, steady support, and a deep belief that healing is possible.

Whether it’s trauma, people-pleasing, or confusing relationship patterns, we’ll walk through it together. With nearly 20 years of experience supporting others—and my own personal journey through faith and healing—I know change is possible.

A session with me looks like a space where you can finally slow down, take time for yourself, and make room for the parts of you that have been carrying too much for too long.

I use approaches like art therapy, CBT, narrative work, and somatic tools to help you reconnect with your truth, safely process your story, and make sense of the patterns that no longer serve you.

You don’t have to stay stuck. This is a space for truth, growth, and learning to trust yourself again.
